This is a major retailer. I worked in Geek Squad and you would think that computer repair should be focused on the client. However, management only cares for tech support plans being sold. Anything outside of that is not important. If they already have a tech plan then they want you to minimize time spent with those clients and shove them out the door as quickly as possible. Very sales oriented which is the wrong direction for computer support.
